Welcome to our beachside holiday flat at Artola Dunes, our modern beachside holiday home in Carib, only 10 minutes drive from the old town of Marbella and 15 minutes drive from the famous Puerto Banus.
The new and nicely decorated holiday home is located within walking distance to the beach, where you will find good restaurants and beach bars such as Triana Marbella, Portofino Restaurant, Symbad or Sugar Bay Marbella.
There are also golf courses such as Santa Clara or Rio Real within a 5 minutes drive.
The flat is on the first floor, built on one level. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room with direct access to the terrace with beautiful views to the communal pool and a fully fitted kitchen.
Both bedrooms have a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has the bathroom en suite. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Plus one hairdryer per bathroom.
We provide bath towels and bed linen for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal items.
The flat is fully air-conditioned, so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air-conditioning.
In the entrance you have the open plan kitchen fully equipped with microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cookware.
The living room with direct access to the terrace has a large sofa with enough space for a relaxing evening. There is also a smart TV with international channels and WIFI available in all rooms.
The terrace with beautiful views of the communal pool also has a seating area with dining table, to enjoy al fresco evenings with family and friends. The dining area is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit. Furthermore, included in the rent is a parking space directly underneath the building, where you have direct access via the lift.
